CP22/15 – our response to the FCA’s Consultation Paper

The FCA recently published a Consultation Paper (CP22/15) proposing changes in how redress should be calculated for non-compliant pension transfer advice cases. This paper also included a section on cases covered by a proposed British Steel consumer redress scheme (see our previous article on this subject here).
